This improved staff management, customer inventory alerts, and a tailored experience that drove greater brand loyalty. For TuShopper, customer satisfaction was of the utmost importance. To address the need for accurate shopping and better customer experiences, we created an app for TuShopper. As a result, we created a solution that could be used and implemented at every stage of the purchasing cycle. In addition, they wanted to address small businesses’ issues that they may not have had the resources to meet demand. GestionPost also looked to focus on delivery times and accuracy.
